Co-founder

A graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor in International Relations, Emmanuel founded Paraguay Agency after settling in Asunción and investing there himself. A Paraguayan resident, he knows every step from having lived it. He is the one you will speak to first: he scopes your project, reviews every contract before signing and leads the residency file if you wish. Trilingual French, Spanish, English.

Hadrien

Co-founder

Double Master in Finance from King’s College London, a French international entrepreneur based in Paraguay. Hadrien brings the financial reading of each investment: real yield, payment plan, ownership structure, taxation. His role: making your purchase a decision as strategic as it is serene.

Maître Schouten

Legal counsel, Schouten y Asociados law firm

A lawyer who graduated with distinction from the National University of Asunción, Ms Schouten supervises the legal aspects of our files within one of the most respected firms in the capital, which advises international groups including LVMH. Title checks, purchase contracts, powers of attorney, company formation: every document goes through her.

Client coordination and relocation

Griselda prepares and follows every file: document checks, appointment scheduling, coordination with lawyers, notaries and partner banks, until the handover of keys or documents. Trilingual Spanish, English and Portuguese. Nothing is missing, no deadline slips.

Since 2023, our team in Asunción has been supporting clients from all over the world: residency, taxation, relocation and real estate investment. Entrepreneurs, families, retirees, digital nomads, all share the same requirement: to be advised by experts who live here and know the market from the inside. We built our expertise in the field. Developers met one by one, contracts analysed in the smallest detail, construction sites visited, and our own acquisitions made in the capital. On new-build purchases, by the developer, like any agency in Asunción: you pay the developer price, with no extra cost. Yes, at our office at Paseo La Galería in Asunción, by appointment, or by video call from anywhere. Most of our clients first meet us by video, then in person during their trip for residency or signing.
