Around 3% of the price for the notary, the transfer tax and registration at the public registry, billed at cost. The parking space is optional. Our fees are €0, the developer pays us.
How does payment work during construction?
Developer payment plan, to be confirmed. The instalments are paid directly to the developer, by international transfer from abroad.
Who manages the rental after delivery?
